We are pleased to invite BCIX members and friends also in the name of our sponsors HUBER+SUHNER Cube Optics AG and  Corero Network Security  to the Kulturbrauerei, a unique ensemble of buildings of a former brewery.

We want to dedicate this Round Table to our good friend and colleague, Thorleif Wiik, who passed away on June 25th, 2016.
As you all know Thorleif has always done exceptional work for the BCIX as well as for the company he has worked for: “The unbelievable Machine Company” (*um).
The later evening shall therefore end in a way Thorleif would certainly have enjoyed much: joining the BCIX Round Table and the annual *umBash!
Thorleif was always very proud of the *umBash outstandingly organised by his colleague Dana Gleisberg, as at the same time he was deeply committed to our regulars’ tables.

We therefore invite our registered guests after the BCIX presentations and the slightly shortened get-together to move – preferably using our shuttle bus – to the *umBash.

So please note down Thursday, 8th September 2016, 17:00 h for it.

Following the presentations of our sponsors and our BCIX-update we will sit together from app. 19:15 to 21:15 enjoying the time and BBQ with friends and colleagues.
At 21:15 we will have a shuttle bus available to go to the *umBash. Please tell us in the registration form for the event if you would like to use the shuttle transfer (there is a corresponding input field).
We are looking forward to welcoming you in Berlin.
