On 1 December 2021, BCIX Management GmbH appointed a new management team.
André Grüneberg as managing director for technology is responsible for the operation and performance of the peering infrastructure of BCIX, consisting of a high-performance fibre optic network that connects the currently 10 data centres in Berlin.
Jens Lietzmann joins as commercial managing director and is responsible for the areas of finance, sales and marketing. BCIX thus underlines its ambitions for continuous growth in the Berlin and Brandenburg region and strengthens its position as provider of an important infrastructure.
We are looking forward to celebrating the 20th anniversary of BCIX this year, whilst reflecting on the successful development of the Internet in the capital region.
